The Africa Aerospace and Defence exhibition, better known as AAD, returns to Air Force Base Waterkloof from 16 to 20 September 2026, bringing together the aerospace, defence and aviation industries for one of Africa’s most important event weeks. As Africa’s only aerospace and defence expo that combines both a trade exhibition and an air show, AAD attracts professional delegates, exhibitors, embassy representatives, defence industry guests, aviation professionals, media teams and public airshow visitors to Pretoria.
With so many local and international visitors expected during event week, accommodation near Pretoria, Centurion and Waterkloof can become limited quickly. For guests attending multiple event days, choosing the right place to stay is about more than simply booking a room. It is about finding a comfortable, convenient and well-hosted base where the full travel experience feels easier to manage before and after long exhibition days, meetings, airshow activities and corporate engagements.
